Coming back from a 3h run. Wowsers, I am DONE!

last time I run that stretch, it 'only' took 2.5h. I wonder if the 90°F and humidity had anything to do with it.

Anyhow, I drank about a half a gallon of water afterwards, which should put my true weight much closer to around 160lb.
At this point I am not concerned about my weight or weight loss. I am preparing for the "Army 10 Miler".
71.9 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

make sure to take water / electrolytes on those long runs, this heat is no joke!
