went ahead and weighed in at 6am and I'm happy the scale is still going down
153.9 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 54.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That is a great drop!!!!! It all adds up over time! Sara, have you taken any measurements to compare to when the scale is not moving. I have noticed over the years that sometimes the scale stops moving, but you are doing everything right. Then when I take my measurements.....boom! I've lost inches in my fatty places and possibly gained an inch or two in areas I have been working out, like my calves and upper arms. It's like your body pauses for a moment while it re-arranges things. It's always good to have a base comparison point. I can't go by how my clothes fit because my clothes are stretchy and shrink and grow right along with me, well until I lose a significant amount of weight.

yes I took measurements last week and I need to re do them to see if I have lost any inches . it's crazy my belly area is so much bigger since I put on weight this last year and half I think I gained about 60pounds and I am trying to get it plus more back off there. I was excited yesterday to be able to vacuum my living room and kitchen we have carpet all through our mobile home. I did the living room and got to the kitchen and it was extremely hard to push the vacuum cleaner over it so I only got some of it done and my husband finished it and he told me it's been like that for awhile since we replaced the floors and put new carpet down. but that was a small workout for me to.

Debra thanks for all your help and support I really appreciate it and I hope I can get to where I learn more about how to eat more healthier I've been trying to stick to my calories and do good about it sometime I don't even eat all the Rdi and that's good. But I don't want to try and do too much at once or I know I won't be able to make it a lifetime of adjusted eating healthy. so I am taking it slowly and it seems to be working fine so far..

It's great you took measurements, I seem to NEVER have my actual starting measurements, this time I remembered to take them after being back on track for almost a month. Running the vacuum used to be my only workout, but it's necessary because I have 5 dogs, sometimes when the two big dogs blow their coat, you have to do it twice a day. It is a workout! I have been where you are and I know how hard it is to make positive changes when the easier thing to do is just sit there and have another slice of toast. I needed all the encouragement and support I could get. You have your very own cheerleading team 😁👏😁👏 You can do this!!!!

Both of you ladies and others really have made me want to do better and learn how to eat healthier and I am still doing smaller exercises but I will build my strength up again so I can get out and walk around more hopefully after I loose the weight for my knee surgery I can get back to walking around and getting more exercise. Thank you so much...
