home scale and am had couple days of staying the same weight which is better than a gain so I'm happy no weight gain and still working on chair exercises and standing up little bit more each day and drinking water.
154.7 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 54.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
