finally after my journal for today I had a bowel m and my weight went back down to 347.0 I knew it was that an bloating I'm excited to see how much more I can loose I've been doing chair exercises as I can only stand up a couple minutes at a time but everyday I plan on standing up at least 30sec longer than the day before if my knee will let me and hopefully I can get some strength and muscle back in it and it may help me.
