Consciously not logging calories the past two weeks to get a bit of a mental break from one less thing to obsess over. Generally feeling good about having maintained the habits of not overeating and noticing how much I already have it ingrained in my head the amount of calories I'm eating even without logging. Very pleased to see weight essentially maintained during this time of low activity as well. 🙏
Here's to mindful long term changes. 💪
