home scale and am also I ate subway yesterday and went way over the carbs I was eating. was still in my calories but alot of sodium also and I think with way to much sodium and carbs my weight went up now time to buckle down and do what I was doing eating chicken tenders and drinking water.
157.5 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 57.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
