I don’t mean to, but i fast from 8pm to 1pm the next day and this has really given my weight loss a boost.
83 kg Lost so far: 21.5 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
