🥳 It says only 0.3 for the week but I started on 69,2 on Monday so did IF 16:8 to get back on track and now I’m back in line with my goal to the decimal!
67.7 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
