Just have to make a note of how great I’m feeling! Daily cardio and strength training twice a week has my energy through the roof! One without the other wasn’t doin it. Work doesn’t feel as worky and I’m slingin around bushels of oysters like its nothin. Guess it finally all clicked into place and i love it!

Thanks guys! Super I’ll have to work on my distance. Lol Larilyn I work at a restaurant that has a fresh seafood casein a building where precovid they processed all of our oysters. It’s pretty neat
