Haven't felt like journaling lately. I have thoughts/ideas during the day, then don't feel like recording them when I input my weight (always weigh in the AM).

We've been on our regular Gym schedule, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Hubby & I have made a habit of doing upper body together. I'm slowly increasing weight. I have had discomfort in my groin/ hip area for awhile. Because of that, I've backed off the weight on lower body. I got on the hip abduction machines today for the first time in awhile. The outer (pushing outward) twinged a bit even at low weight. Pushing in wasn't bad at a slightly higher weight, but I still kept it at a lower level. I got a pretty good workout today. It's the last one til next week since I'll be out of town Wed. thru Sunday.

Tomorrow I have to color my roots. I planned on doing it yesterday, but I don't particularly like doing it, so ended up putting it off. I worked outside instead. I also have to pack for the beach ⛱️

Wednesday I'm meeting my Sister at her office at noon. We're driving to the Atlanta Airport to pick up my daughter, who's flying in from Dallas. The 3 of us will drive to my 2 youngest Sister's place & spend the night. Thursday, we'll head down to Panama City Beach. We come home Sunday.

So, guess I should get up to bed. Our Yorkie has been adamant about getting up earlier lately. Hubby gets up & feeds the dogs, then Teddy comes up & has a nap with me while Lucy walks with Dad. He used to sleep as long as I did. Sometimes, it was late if I had stayed awake reading late. Recently, he has been choosing wakeup time & will bark at me if I don't get up. He won't get off the bed by himself.
