Great Gym day! I was feeling pretty energetic....I think taking a rest day yesterday & not overdoing it was a good choice. Hubby & I were doing arms together & he got me to try a new machine. The usual Biceps curl machine was in use by some teenage boys & it looked to be awhile before they were going to finish. I tried a different style Biceps Curl machine that I had shied away from. It was a little harder, but I did manage to get in the reps. My hip / leg weren't bothering me as much as they had been, so I was able to do pretty much everything I wanted. Earlier in the week I was trying to do glute bridges & it was painful in my groin area. Today was OK. I also did the seated legg press today.

We rescheduled the tire rotation til Hubby drops me off where my sister works so we can drive down to meet up with our 2 youngest sisters for our Florida getaway. That meant we could come home after the Gym instead of spending at least a couple of hours driving & getting the work done. My sister lives/ works in the town where Costco is (where the appt. is). I had time to fit in an episode of Firefly Lane 😊 while I drank my Protein Shake.

Off to bed now 📚 😴 I'm trying to make my way thru our Book Club selection for this month. It's different than most books I choose myself. Not awful, but it doesn't have a linear storyline. It's not making me want to read more than a little at a time....maybe a chapter. If I really get into a book, I have a hard time putting it down. I guess the good thing is I'm getting to sleep earlier 😊
