12 Week challenge showing some good results. Following a carb cycling diet, and appears to be a lot more successful than the standard Do's and Don't's that I have been following for many years. Getting excited to do my 4 week Body Fat Loss measurement next week to track my progress.
95.8 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
