well, in addition to needing the next dose up for Vyvanse, a stimulant for binge eating disorder and ADHD, KennyN27 had a post about planning meals, and im going to start doing this. Plan tomorrow and have macros/calories laid out, INSTEAD of eating and tracking as i go and being overwhelmed by exceeding my goals or not knowing what to eat and consuming the closest and easiest thing... I hope this helps. I noticed as my meds werent working the more preoccupied with food i was becoming....
89.2 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I enter a lot of my meals ahead of time sometimes a few hours before and at night I frequently put the next day's breakfast and Lunch in.

Good luck !! I'm a big snacker so if I input my actual meals in then I can figure out as the day goes on how many snacks I can have.
