caloric highs over the weekend. big workouts building mass. will monitor, but not sure if dialing down calories much lower is wise or unwise. have to see how i feel. but, i feel best weighing 153. we'll see. i chose to eat higher calories over the weekend, so need to resume being accountable to myself.
