Today I finally broke through my goal of reaching 160lb.

I went for a nice 2h run which took me about 2.5h to complete. I think it was partially the humidity and partially going to bed late yesterday which required me to take a few walking breaks in between

I want to stay around this weight and focus more on strength training now. Especially around the core, back, and arms.
71.8 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.6 kg a Week
