I didn't gain or lose, but I ingested a lot of sodium over the weekend. Time to flush the system.
78.8 kg Lost so far: 48.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just gotta keep on trucking. There will be times where there will be no loss, there will be times where there will be a gain. But we can't let it get us down. Because in the overall scheme of things we have come a very long way.
