Ugh, a bit disappointed that the scales didn't reward me a little bit more this week other than with only a 0.4lb loss. But alas, I've ramped up the exercise and went swimming Monday and Friday for 2 hours. Then on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I went for 3 lovely 3 mile walks after work with my hubby. So nice to finally see some decent weather!!
Hoping that the scales only moving 1lb over the last 2 weeks is due to building muscle and that they will catch up eventually. I actually measured myself and found that in only 2 weeks I've lost 2cm each of my waist, hips and bust... so more than happy with that.
