Forgot to log my weigh in and weekly summary yesterday. Coincidentally, my weight today is the same as yesterday. I lost .9 lbs the past week, .7 was fat loss, .2 muscle mass loss. I averaged 2000 calories a day, target is 1800. Averaged 10939 steps, above my goal! I didn't do any weight lifting last week, my right hand was sore. I was going to try just a leg workout, but I was busy and didn't make it a priority. I averaged 7 hours of sleep, the bare minimum. Would like to get this up to 7.5-8hrs a night. But I am overall pleased with my progress. I've lost 2.5 lbs since May 1, more than a pound a week. If I can eat my Mother's Day chocolate in moderation and keep my daily calories at 1800, maybe I can get up to 2lb/week loss.
97.2 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 28.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh, I decided I also want to add to my weekly summary my macros and average protein intake. This past week I ate 45% carbs, 36% fat, and 19% protein. Averaged 95 g protein per day, pretty close to my goal of 100 g or more.

Thanks, Joe! I've seen your posts for a while now, but today I realized I wasn't actually following you yet. Your progress is really inspiring! What a great role model you've become for your kids!
