A bit of terrible emotional binge eating to shoot me back a couple of steps... But my slump ended yesterday with a total calorie burn of over 800 yesterday. Back on track now...
76 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
