Well the Christmas and New Year celebrations are well over. Now looking to consolidate the lessons learnt from 2014 and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Although I've just typed it, now finding that I'm still doing the alcoholic binges over the weekend. Working full time for past two months did not help, but have now pared down the number of hours. Currently on one day a week and from next week will be doing two. Bit of pocket money for me.

Have taken in most of my favourite clothes as dispute the loss, I still have the shoulders of a weight lifter so my top half, whilst slimmer is still the same size. Last of big spenders, current purchases - a pair of Aidias trainer pants, a superdooper double barrelled foot pump, a pair of ear covers. Very happy lass. I have replaced some of my trousers… been holding off changing majority of bottoms - just in case. I've also bought a new belt to hitch my jeans.

I'm sure most of you know the fear of having to splash cash for new clothes … just in case I get fatter again. Given that it took almost ten years put on two stone, and just under nine months to get rid of most of it, I should just trust myself more.

If you've been following my journal, you'll see I was constantly battling the mad bathroom scales. Finally got round to replacing them and guess what… turns out the bathroom floor is full of dips and warps, this replacement scale suffering from similar problems as its predecessor. Have mentally marked a single spot on the floor and will weigh self in same place from here on in.

Loving life … although it is cold.
77.3 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
