Yesterday, Hubby & I cleaned the Adirondack chairs for our patio area. I scrubbed all the planters that line the sides (all 9 of them). We put everything back in place & finally moved the fire pit out of the garage. Yay!! It's not operational yet. Hubby has to hook up the propane tank & we have to put the rocks in the top. Hubby says he would like a different type of rock than the ones that came with it.

Today was Gym Day. My left hip/leg was really bothering me, so it did affect my workout. I don't think it liked the work I did outside yesterday 😐 I walked on the Treadmill & did most of my Mat exercises & arm exercises. I adjusted the weight on the leg extension machine (hurt to do the regular weight) & skipped the leg press. We took time to sit in the hot tub....that was nice.

We had our Protein Shakes sitting outside on the Patio this afternoon. I'm postponing starting a new Netflix series for my afternoon viewing, so that I'm less tempted to stay inside. I do have a few regular network shows I watch, but they only have 1 episode a week. Netflix drags you in & makes you want to watch multiple episodes 😏 Hubby & I usually have a series for nighttime, but we have a regular bedtime, so can only watch 2 episodes.

I made chicken breasts sliced on a salad for dinner. I overestimated how much chicken I should cook. I ate all of what was on my plate, but I could have left some. Lots of protein. I was pretty full! Probably cause we had our Shakes late in the afternoon & ate dinner a couple of hours later.

Need to get up to bed. I'm having lunch with my Sister tomorrow. Suschi 🍣 in my future 😋
