Carnivore / OMAD. I drank alot more water with electrolites today and desided to cut out cheese to see if it will help for constipation.

At least i am sleeping better these last couple of days and the menopausal symptoms are alot better. Alot less hot flushes and aces.

80.4 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
