My stomach has felt a bit off at times since I had to take antibiotics a week ago. I hope it gets settled soon. It's not all the time, but often enough to be annoying.

Gym today. Got in a pretty good workout even though I felt a bit tired. I tried doing the stationary bike (haven't been on it recently) but only did 5 minutes. It hurt my hip 😕

I was probing around my hip area & felt a tendon that feels very tender. I was feeling tight when I got to the Gym today, but after doing some of the mat exercises & stretches, it actually felt better. I guess it's just going to take time to heal, just like my arms. I'm not doing the abduction machine anymore. I think that's where I injured my hip/leg. Funny, cause doing the movements were fairly easy & it didn't cause me pain on the machine. But, I think I stressed/ pulled a tendon in my groin area that's causing the discomfort.

It was nice this afternoon when we got home, so I took my Protein Smoothie & sat outside for a little while til it started to cool off. Tomorrow is forcast to be warmer & sunny, then we have rain for a week with maybe just a break a couple of days. I need to get the 2 hydrangeas I bought in the planters. I want Hubby to pressure wash the patio area where we have the Adirondack chairs. The chairs need to be cleaned, too. I may do that tomorrow. After we pressure wash, we can move the fire pit we bought last Fall, out of the garage & get it set up out there. I washed the pillows & seat cushions last week but haven't put them back outside yet. The pollen is pretty heavy & I'd rather they not get covered again.

I have laundry to do, too. That never seems to end!

Well, off to bed 😴 for me.

try some probiotic yogurt see if it helps when your tummy starts acting up. Sadly antibiotics can do that to our tummies.
