Life happened in April, from my dad being sick, to extremely sick then passing on and a burial. I've been almost out of my routine but today we reset, prep + plan for the new month. Didn't lift that heavy today just so I can get my body back into the swing of things. A scale victory this morning is recording a drop, an unexpected one so thanks for the save dad(you are starting your ancestor position with a bang😅).
