Yet another shit week. My period is moering me over here but today I will workout with this two day old headache. Have a happy weekend folks.

86.2 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg. Still to go: 16.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
