And this is with monthly bloat. Mostly down to eating less. Will get back to working out sometime this week. Next goal is 82 kg in two and a half weeks but due to illness I may need to adjust that, losing 4kg in half the allotted time seems unrealistic but shall see what losses workouts throw into the mix. Very excited eeekkk.
