Gym today ☆ I did a couple of extra arm machines & upped the weight on several....both arm & legs. I had backed off on the weight on the leg press due to pain in my hip & thigh. I slowly increased the weight with each set & managed to avoid the pain. I'm still being conservative with the weights for the various arm machines, but trying to do a bit more than before.

Today is the 34th anniversary of Hubby & my first date ❤️ We met on a blind date 😊

We became Great-grandparents for the 2nd time last Thursday! Our Granddaughter had a little boy. Sadly, she has been admitted back to the hospital due to passing a kidney stone, then discovering she had a kidney infection. She had a temp. of 104 & they're trying to stabilize fluctuating blood pressure/ heart rate. Prayers would be appreciated, so she gets better & can get back home with her family. She also has a 17 month old daughter.

Bedtime for me. Hubby got up early to go get labs done. He planned to feed the dogs when he got back home. He left them with me....I was still in bed....but they weren't pleased. I tried to sleep, but 2 whiny dogs kinda interfere with that 🙄

61.6 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
