I am so impressed on how you have lost 6kg in a month, what is your secret plan? What doesn’t plan are you following and exercise plan?🤗🤗🤗Wll done girl👍

Thanks guys. I am doing a plan called HealthPointe. I did it with a coach a few years back and got great results, so I thought I would give it a solid bash again, but on my own this time. It’s basically a 6 six week thing that starts off with 3 prep days where you just eat from each food group at each meal and you can eat your favourites, to get it out of your system and prepare your body for the weight loss, then 3 protein days where you eat only protein portions 2 hour apart, then 4 weeks of “weight loss phase” which is loads of leafy greens, proteins, low carb and low fat. So you have your 3 meals, but with protein snacks in between, so you are literally eating every 2 hours, so you never hungry like on other diets. After the 4 weeks of “weight loss” you then do 2 weeks of “metabolic adjustment” which is really just increasing your calories again, but slowly, so that you don’t gain all the weight back. You can then restart again if you aren’t at your goal yet, which is what I’m going to do or, if you are happy with your weight, there is a maintenance phase after that to help you to set and maintain your weight.
