another epic food day. i'm content with myself as i had "vacation" week, but i stayed entirely in control and still only chose to have 1 food day. food does not make vacations or holidays special. the individual does. vacations and holidays are not about food for me. staying on my plan and being accountable to myself means a whole lot more.
71.1 kg Lost so far: 33.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
