I feel so disheartend today. I have cut so many things out my diet over the past 2 years. No sugar, no bad carbs, keep my good carbs low. Exercise when I can but still have this yoyo going on. Over the past 2 years I lost 18kgs just to pick up 8kgs again. Feel like my daily life revolves around weight and what I can and cannot eat. 😞
78.9 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I agree with following Better with Balance. Keto/LowCarb isn't for everybody. I find a blanced diet and tracking my KJ's works best for me. Maybe just have your hormones looked at as well?
