not written much, went to doctor today I haven't got arthritis I cannot say the name of my thing. I don't have muscles ache. I have nerves ache 😩. But I have to start new tablets tomorrow which help , let me sleep calm me down and I need an attractive sound done on the ball of my foot. Also, the doctor thinks I need some counselling for stress.
