Weight has fluctuated a lot today (anywhere between 137.2 to 138.0), which wasn't entirely unexpected because that tends to happen the day after I travel as I'm always volume depleted. Logging my last measurement this afternoon at the end of the work day because it seemed the most realistic.
Thinking back over the past few months, there have been times when I was wondering if the effort was worth it or it was just a losing battle because my body truly had found a new "set point." Although I'm not down to the ultimate goal I initially set up, I do feel like I could be satisfied right around here. I'm pleased with how I look and definitely feeling physically stronger. The changes have felt reasonable and mindful rather than restrictive. And most of this has been accomplished during a fairly grueling 4 months during which work schedule and sleep deprivation were not on my side!
All that said, I'm not going anywhere because I do feel like this is an incredibly supportive community that has been such a breath of fresh air and I love to see all your journeys too. 🥰
62.5 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
