Shall I blame the hormones or just fess up and blame the junk food I binged on on Saturday. Probably mostly water retention though as carbs on carbs tend to do that. 🤦‍♀️ Back on track and no more junk on weekends.

67.2 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
