Im so proud of myself, years ago I decided to lose weight. I got to a weight of 109.95. I then gave up and begun falling back on my old lifestyle and gained everything over a course of 3 years.
This is not just a meal plan or a dieet, this is a lifestyle.
You can never go back to your old ways!
Watch this space, in a few weeks I WILL be double digits!!
something I saw more than 10 years ago.
I can do this, im excited ❤️

Good morning, 47kgs_. I am busy with the 28 day meal plan. They also have a facebook group. "die 28 dae eetplan fotos" the mealplan is absolutely free, and the journey isn't costing me a lot of money. I eat 3 times a day, they have a pdf book there and on google aswell you can download that tells you about the process the menu is also on google. The calories i take ranges from 400/600 but never more than a 1000 calories a day. No fasting Lots of water Meals must not be eaten close together 5/6 hours apart. It's real fun as you get meat days, veg days, fruit days, bread days and pasta days.red meat aswell!

Good evening. No I don't, I did maybe 3 times since January. I am busy on my feet the whole day. I usually also play around from time to time on my boys wii, walking steps on the balance board. It's not a must, its your own personal choice. Im starting round 3 tomorrow. So I'm going to try and work out on a daily basis. Just light weights, walking and exercise on the bike. I will see how it goes, I myself don't know yet how my body will take it with low calories. When I decided to do something I will try in the evenings when I have more calories to burn. What are you currently on? Are you on a meal plan?

I was a foodie, I LOVED food and eating. Every weekend we ate junk food, and lots of sweets. Im a sweet tooth, drank 5 sugars in my coffee. When we got extra money we spend it all on eating. The first week was hard, because my husband and my boys is still on the normal routine with eating it's just me on this weightloss journey. When I'm cooking for them I always wanted to eat! I just said NO, not even a bite because I can lose my motivation with one bite. It was hard. But as soon as I got gravings I drank my lemon water. Water makes me feel fuller. The second week was better, and from there it was great. I don't have any cravings now. Nothing. I think it's just in my head now to lose, it was a battle between my stomach and head. But my heart wanted this! Now I'm winning and I can say it was hard, but worth it. It's worth every second ❤️ you must definitely try it. You'll never know where you can be if you get your mindset right and try it. Im rooting for you 🙂
