Same as yesterday. I'll weigh in again tomorrow. I am figuring this out. I'm going to try to eat below around 1500 calories daily and focus on proteins.
116.1 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
