Aaaaaaand I’m back up on the hilltop…

I really have been the poster child for roller coaster weight gain for the past 3 years, but I guess that 2 kids, covid lockdowns and weirdness and floods that kick you out of your house for half a year, on top of normal everyday stress would probably do that to a person. BUT I guess there is no point in dwelling on that shit, so we pick ourselves up and we try again.

Committing to a 4 week plan, starting today.

Here is my “why”:
- To look and feel good in my skin
- Have more energy to play with the kids
- Reduce stress
- Mould healthy lifestyle habits for the kids
- Be fit and healthy
77 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 22 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
