Our Lucy had us up in the night with a pancreatitis attack. She had to go outside several times & was sick in her crate. Hubby went back up to bed after he fed Teddy & got coffee on.

We skipped the Gym today, but since I'd already had the weekend off, I did a workout @ home. I only have 5 lb. weights, so it wasn't the full routine. We did take the dogs for a neighborhood walk, so that replaced the treadmill. I plan to get back to the Gym tomorrow.

On our walk we met 2 new neighborhood dogs 🐕 😊 One of our neighbors has a new Golden Retriever puppy....he is so cute! Our other neighbor has a new German Pointer....fathered by one of his older dogs. And we got to give Sandy, another dog the treat she expects when we walk by. We haven't been walking much since joining the Gym, but today was the perfect day for it.

I took all the bedding off our bed including the mattress pad & comforter & washed & dried them. That is always a job!

In my freshly made bed 🛌 😴 now.
