well... got results of my MRI.
I have 2 bulging discs in neck. and degenerative stenosis still in low back. Been having a rough time of it at work... idk. today is a a freaking day....

87.1 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 3.2 kg a Week
