Almost forgot this drop from this morning. Honestly this is still on the normal roll of weight fluctuations. So I’ll rejoice when I’ve achieved something below 180.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
