Third day in the 135's 😊

NSV today....Back in May 2021, I took measurements & started trying to - get Beach ready for August. I wanted to wear a 2 piece Swimsuit for the first time in a long time. I wore that Swimsuit. Fast forward to July 2022.... I joined the Gym & started working out. As of today (since May 2021), I have lost 8.4 lbs. & 1.5" in the bust, 3" in the waist & 1.5" in the hips. Measurements 38 - 30 -38 😁

I need to do another body scan, cause the point of joining the Gym wasn't just to work on the outside but the inside as well. I'm curious what improvement I've made in body fat & muscle %

I cleaned out our pantry today & reorganized. I threw out a few things, including a container of flavored instant lo cal coffee from 2005. 🙄 I've cleaned out the pantry since then, so I'm not sure what possessed me to keep it in there. Also a container of ovaltine (couldn't find expiration date), some stale marshmallows, stale tortilla chips, expired coconut flakes, hotel single serve coffee packets, some instant lo cal hot chocolate, expired dried prunes, brown sugar (hard as a rock), pretzel twists all went in the garbage. I needed to make space so we can actually store & be able to keep track of some stuff.

It's funny that even after reorganizing, Hubby couldn't find the open bag of Cheddar popcorn tonight....that was right next to the fresh, unopened bag 😏 Oh well....he has to keep me around just to find stuff.

I also got around to stripping the sheets in the guest room (from Christmas guests) to be washed & did a 2nd load.

My daughter called & we talked for over an hour. Still, we agreed to catch up again over the weekend to finish catching up 😁
61.6 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I love losing inches and I love reorganizing pantries- though I long to have one- our old house did. :( And I love talking to daughters. What a fun post. What an awesome testimony to lifting! Congrats!

Thank you ladies....my inspiration ❤ DP, my pantry isn't the huge walk in one I'd like, but if I'm organized, it is a good storage space for 2 😊
