Below 170 for first time in a year! Blood sugar was 97 this morning. Not exactly sure how that happened. I didn't record everything I ate yesterday. Had mocha coffee for breakfast with rice cake and peanut butter. Strawberry smoothie for lunch. Snacked on rice cakes. Supper was rice cake with peanut butter. I ate more rice cakes in evening. And toast with butter! I should have gained from all those rice cakes! I'm not complaining!!! I made chia pudding with some leftover strawberry smoothie, coconut milk, and hw cream and let it set in refrigerator overnight. This morning I added Seven Sundays Wild and Free muesli to it. Delicious, very filling breakfast, with black tea. Will try very hard to stick with keto for the rest of the day so I don't have an unpleasant surprise when I step on those scales in the morning.
