Had my in-laws over for a few days. Lovely and stressful simultaneously. This temporary weight gain is because I ate desserts and normally don’t. Talking about end of life plans is stressful and I usually reach for comfort food when feeling emotional stress. I will get back down over the next few days, I just need to be mindful. Hug those you love.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ginny2020…more like, what didn’t we have for desserts! Oatmeal raisin cookies, banana bread, chocolates, baked pumpkin cheesecake with caramel sauce…good lord it was wonderful and terrible all at the same time!
