Finally under 140. 😯 I had to check 3 times because I didn't believe it myself. It feels like it took so long to get here.... Now just very hopeful I can keep up the good habits, especially the regular yoga practice. It's not a ton of weight overall, but I can tell such a difference in my body and really really want it to stick. 🙏
63.4 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
