Feeling like maybe I sorta got this whole diet thing down? I’m not feeling nearly as out of whack I was at the beginning of it, and have a handle on what works to drop and what works to gain, so eventually I just need to figure out a good maintenance routine! But for now I’m stoked on my progress ❤️ Have a full day of shopping, crafts and cooking ahead since it’s my sisters birthday dinner tonight! I hope y’all have a day that’s as amazing as you are ✨👏
