@zazu2 I've set my calorie limit slightly lower than recommended by the app, so that my average daily deficit (intake vs expenditure) is about 500kCal. This means a weight loss of 500g - 1kg a week. Drinking lots of water also helps as you don't retain water. My husband and I do yoga twice a week and take our dogs for a 2.5km walk twice a week, so no gym or hectic exercise 😊
