I feel so bad I was doing so well until I hit depression. I am back with OMAD today and back on this app hello everyone.❤️
120 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 40 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I experienced the same as well last year, I’m aware that I was too harsh on myself and when depression hit I totally gave up, so I changed approach, having a lifestyle that is convenient for both my mind and my body, it’s more about healthy relationship with food rather than just “healthy”. Most importantly, I thank myself every day for effort that I’ve done, even the smallest. So I wish you to find your own way to be healthy mentally and physically 😊 you can do it😉

I can 💯 relate, depression is a thief if quality of life, the irony is that training makes me feel better, but getting started is the hard part! Be kind to yourself, just posting here is a great start! 🤗

Hi, why did you choose OMAD? You need to have 4-5 meal balanced meal a day in case to loose weight correctly.

Well done on the OMAD. Just remember to vary it. Do OMAD twice a week and 18/6 the rest. I plateau’d too quickly on OMAD. How’re you doing now?

@Marissa its One Meal A Day. Basically a peson will only eat once a day instead of 3 or 4 times.
