Im losing slower in my last week of my meal plan, I'm still 100% on board. Saturday I am done with my first round of the plan then I will be starting round 2 again on Sunday. I'm not stopping or taking a cheat meal, because in the past the cheat meal usually stopped everything then I am back to my old lifestyle. I am looking forward to Round 2.
I am happy that I am almost done with round one as it was a last time success in 2019 and I couldn't have done it again. My mother found out she has diabetes so I am living a healthier lifestyle because of that aswell, she is walking this journey too.
