Before all those x-mass parties I must try and be on a diet to prevent overeating or eating 'bad' things :) At least this is my plan! So let's see how this gonna work.
Yesterday was good girl - veggies, meet and sugar-free candies (well.. the last were a little too many) :) but well.. hope not to repeat this mistake again.
This morning I surprised my self with baking oat bran muffins and salmon steak to take with me to work! Wow, I never do this! So I can conclude that this was a good start of day and diet. Proud of myself :))
67.4 kg Lost so far: 21.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
