Getting below 140 remains elusive. Also feeling more certain of some degree of disparity in the two different scales I am using. Trying to not allow myself to get fixated on the numbers, regardless. Continuing to try to get on a path of intuitive eating (though I do track my food to have some better recognition of my intake) which says the number is irrelevant. However, that is one numerical value I really want to be done with to tell me all the effort was worthwhile!
63.8 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
