Pretty happy after several days of eating out & eating a regular lunch & dinner Friday & Saturday. Sunday I had breakfast before driving home then had a light lunch at home & dinner at home. Although I had several restaurant meals I tried to make good choices.

The weekend with my sisters was fun. My Sis celebrating her Birthday was surprised & told us we were the best gift 🎁 💓 😊 We enjoyed hanging out, shopping & eating. The weather was rainy & cold on Saturday so we decided to go see a movie. We saw A Man Called Otto....very good. I found several bargains Friday while we were out. I had been looking for some joggers & bought a pair in a pretty shade of mint green. I also bought a new night gown & a cute black jacket cut in motorcycle style. I almost didn't buy it, but my sisters convinced me it was a winner. Most of my jackets had gotten too big & I've gotten rid of them. Replacing them isn't cheap, so it was nice to find this one on sale. Saturday we went to a new Antique store. I bought a ceramic birdhouse & a little vase for cut flowers. They were both in a 50% off booth, so a steal.

Today was my last session with my Trainer for a January refresh. Everything today was new except for the leg press. Even that she changed it up a bit & had me put my feet in a different position...making it harder. If my butt & legs aren't sore tomorrow I'll be surprised. We did both upper & lower body exercises. I was feeling pretty energetic today. I think after 4 days off (last workout Wed.) I was ready. I also got a pretty good night's sleep. I don't sleep as well when I'm away from home.

We stopped for groceries afterwards. I found a piece of Mahi Mahi for a good price....stocked up on Shrimp, Chicken breasts, Ground Beef, Turkey sausage & Spicy Italian Sausage.

Well, I have a therapy appointment tomorrow, so guess I better get up to bed. 😴
